Our Story
Safe, comfortable living for girls in Indore
STAYZEN was created with a single heartfelt mission: to provide daughters, students, and young working women coming to Indore with a home that matches the security, care, and hygiene of their own families.
Uniting three trusted student hostel locations — STAYZEN Trishakti Girls Residency (Bhanwarkuan), Little Angel Girls Hostel (Geeta Bhawan), and Stayzen Hostel (Palasia Square) — we offer well-furnished spaces across the city's key educational and coaching corridors.
From wholesome homestyle vegetarian meals cooked fresh daily to 24×7 on-site lady wardens, CCTV protection, in-house study libraries, and open-air rooftop dining, we create spaces where students can focus on their ambitions while parents enjoy total peace of mind.

How our hostel operations work
A simple, predictable routine for residents — and clear communication for parents.
2. Booking & Admission
Choose the room type and sharing option. Rent, deposit and documents are explained in writing before payment. Aadhar card copy, student/office ID, 2 passport photos, and one month refundable security deposit.
3. Move In
Bed, study table and storage are allotted. Residents are briefed on timings, gate rules and emergency contacts on day one.
4. Daily Routine
Fixed meal timings, cleaning schedule and quiet study hours. Menus and timings: Breakfast: 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM, Lunch: 12:30 PM - 2:30 PM, Evening Tea & Snacks: 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM, Dinner: 8:00 PM - 10:00 PM.
5. Upkeep
Regular housekeeping of rooms and common areas, plus maintenance requests handled by the on-site caretaker.
6. Parent Communication
Parents get a direct contact number for the warden and can call during working hours for updates. Direct contact number for the resident warden with instant updates on night-out requests and emergency support.

Our mess / canteen
- Pure vegetarian, freshly cooked every day
- Weekly menu rotation: 7-day rotating vegetarian menu with fresh seasonal veggies, paneer, dal, hot chapatis, rice, salad, and Sunday special feasts.
- Meal timings: Breakfast: 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM, Lunch: 12:30 PM - 2:30 PM, Evening Tea & Snacks: 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM, Dinner: 8:00 PM - 10:00 PM.
- Kitchen hygiene practice: Commercial stainless steel kitchen, daily sanitization, RO purified water, and regular medical checkups for mess staff.
- Special diet requests: Comfort food (khichdi/daliya) prepared during illness; special vrat/upwas meals accommodated during fasting days.

Designed to maintain safety, hygiene and a quiet study atmosphere for everyone.
House rules
Peaceful atmosphere for study, respectful conduct with fellow residents and staff, and proper upkeep of personal room furniture.
Entry & gate timings
Main gate closes by standard night timing. Late entries require prior permission from the warden or parent communication.
Rent & payments
Transparent monthly rent including mess meals. Single sharing (₹8,600 – ₹13,600) and Double/Triple sharing (₹3,600 – ₹7,400).
Notice period & vacating
One month advance notice required before vacating to ensure smooth room handover and deposit settlements.
Visitors & guests
Parents and registered female guests are welcome to visit during day hours in the reception lounge area.
Discipline & facilities
Access to high-speed Wi-Fi, study cubicles, library, and dining facilities. Zero tolerance for damage or misconduct.
